BAILEYS® Original Irish Cream, the world's number one selling cream liqueur, today announced the addition of two new flavors, Baileys Caramel and Baileys Mint Chocolate. These new flavors will be made available in time for St. Patrick's Day and for a limited time only, beginning in March 2006....So I thought I'd give you a great recipe to make with Bailey's, and when the new stuff comes out, you can experiment with reworking an updated version!
The Oatmeal Cookie Cocktail
In your iced tin, pour:
1 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
1 oz. butterscotch Schnapps
1/2 oz. cinnamon Schnapps
Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
(Some people also add an ounce of Jagermeister, but I can't stand the stuff. But if you like it, give it a whirl.)
